A viol\u00eancia teria sido praticada pelo casal, que alegava que o filho da v\u00edtima tinha uma d\u00edvida financeira com eles. Na ocasi\u00e3o, foi instaurado inqu\u00e9rito policial para apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, apurou-se que os investigados, de 36 e 25 anos, firmaram contrato com o filho da v\u00edtima e, diante do n\u00e3o pagamento, passaram a amea\u00e7\u00e1-lo. Insatisfeitos, foram at\u00e9 a resid\u00eancia da m\u00e3e do suposto devedor, onde, utilizando uma arma de fogo, desferiram uma coronhada contra a cabe\u00e7a da senhora, que desmaiou e perdeu dois dentes. Ap\u00f3s a agress\u00e3o, subtra\u00edram o aparelho celular da v\u00edtima e ligaram para o devedor amea\u00e7ando-o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, os investigados tamb\u00e9m amea\u00e7aram matar os netos da v\u00edtima, mencionando os nomes das crian\u00e7as. Diante da gravidade dos fatos, a Pol\u00edcia Civil representou ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do casal e pela busca e apreens\u00e3o em sua loja, localizada no camel\u00f3dromo de Trindade. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na a\u00e7\u00e3o de hoje, os policiais civis flagraram o investigado portando uma arma de fogo na cintura. No estabelecimento comercial do casal, foram apreendidos diversos aparelhos celulares sem nota fiscal.
