Segundo apurado, a m\u00e3e, abusando dos meios de corre\u00e7\u00e3o e disciplina, teria dado tapas na boca da crian\u00e7a, causando cortes e incha\u00e7o na referida regi\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s o pai tomar conhecimento do fato, a genitora voltou a agredir o infante, quebrando um cip\u00f3 em suas costas, deixando novo hematoma.
