A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Mineiros \u2013 14\u00aa DRP, ap\u00f3s troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es com a Companhia de Policiamento Especializado (CPE), representou e cumpriu, nesta segunda-feira (22), pela pris\u00e3o preventiva de um investigado de 42 anos, autor do crime de furto de uma motocicleta ocorrido no Setor Michelangelo, em Mineiros.<\/p>\n

Diante dos elementos contundentes reunidos durante a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o Poder Judici\u00e1rio decretou a pris\u00e3o preventiva do suspeito, bem como expediu mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o em sua resid\u00eancia. Diversas dilig\u00eancias foram realizadas, inclusive em outras cidades do Estado de Goi\u00e1s, pois o autor havia deixado Mineiros logo ap\u00f3s o crime. Com seu retorno \u00e0 cidade, foi dado cumprimento ao mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva e tamb\u00e9m ao mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar, permitindo a coleta de elementos relevantes para o inqu\u00e9rito.<\/p>\n

As imagens obtidas e os demais elementos colhidos no procedimento apontaram a autoria do fato. Em sede de interrogat\u00f3rio, j\u00e1 durante o cumprimento da pris\u00e3o, o investigado confessou o furto, alegando que, \u00e0 \u00e9poca, enfrentava reca\u00eddas relacionadas ao uso de drogas.<\/p>\n
