{"id":150959,"date":"2025-09-18T16:01:07","date_gmt":"2025-09-18T19:01:07","guid":{"rendered":" https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/policiacivil\/?p=150959"},"modified":"2025-09-18T16:01:07","modified_gmt":"2025-09-18T19:01:07","slug":"pcgo-cumpre-mandado-prisao-de-homem-que-tentou-vender-imovel-com-documentos-falsos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/policiacivil\/pcgo-cumpre-mandado-prisao-de-homem-que-tentou-vender-imovel-com-documentos-falsos\/","title":{"rendered":"PCGO cumpre mandado pris\u00e3o de homem que tentou vender im\u00f3vel com documentos falsos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio das equipes das Delegacias de Silv\u00e2nia e de Leopoldo de Bulh\u00f5es &#8211; 3\u00aa DRP, deu cumprimento nesta quinta-feira (18) a um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio contra um investigado acusado de praticar fraudes documentais e patrimoniais. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, apurou-se que o investigado tentou comercializar, de forma fraudulenta, um im\u00f3vel localizado em Luzi\u00e2nia, utilizando documentos falsificados em nome da leg\u00edtima propriet\u00e1ria e de terceiros confeccionados na cidade de Leopoldo de Bulh\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> O caso chegou ao conhecimento da Pol\u00edcia Civil ap\u00f3s a v\u00edtima constatar a exist\u00eancia de escritura lavrada em cart\u00f3rio com identidade adulterada e informa\u00e7\u00f5es falsas, incluindo endere\u00e7o inexistente. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir disso, as equipes de Silv\u00e2nia\/Leopoldo de Bulh\u00f5es entraram em contato com o cart\u00f3rio de Luzi\u00e2nia, que informou quando o investigado compareceu para retirar a escritura. Na ocasi\u00e3o, ele foi preso em flagrante, mas liberado em audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia. Na audi\u00eancia, ele chegou a fornecer endere\u00e7o falso.
