A v\u00edtima ficou embriagada e entregou seu cart\u00e3o banc\u00e1rio com a senha ao suspeito, pedindo que ele pagasse a conta. Aproveitando-se da embriaguez da v\u00edtima, o suspeito furtou sua motocicleta e seu cart\u00e3o, com o qual realizou 18 compras em distribuidoras, tabacarias, bares e lojas de roupas, totalizando cerca de R$ 600 de preju\u00edzo, al\u00e9m de outras tentativas de compras cujos pagamentos foram recusados pelo banco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diante dessa conjuntura, que em tese configurou crime de furto mediante abuso de confian\u00e7a, a Pol\u00edcia Civil representou pela decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado. Com o deferimento da medida, o investigado foi preso, confessou a a\u00e7\u00e3o delitiva e foi encaminhado ao pres\u00eddio local, onde segue \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.
