A v\u00edtima depositou R$ 450 para o suspeito, que n\u00e3o apareceu para entregar as chaves e ainda tentou induzir a v\u00edtima novamente em erro para receber mais valores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apurou-se que o investigado figura em mais de 30 procedimentos policiais, em sua grande maioria por outros estelionatos (16) e tamb\u00e9m por furtos (11), al\u00e9m de ter passagens por apropria\u00e7\u00e3o ind\u00e9bita (03) e importuna\u00e7\u00e3o sexual (uma).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em interrogat\u00f3rio, o suspeito confessou detalhadamente toda a a\u00e7\u00e3o, alegando que obtinha informa\u00e7\u00f5es e fotografias de im\u00f3veis na internet e fazia an\u00fancios fraudulentos, obtendo vantagem indevida em preju\u00edzo alheio. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao final dos tr\u00e2mites legais, o homem foi encaminhado ao pres\u00eddio de Caldas Novas, onde segue \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PCGO: investigar para proteger \ud83d\ude94<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio do Grupo Especial de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (Geic) de Caldas Novas &#8211; 19\u00aa DRP, realizou nessa ter\u00e7a-feira (27), em Ipameri, a pris\u00e3o de um homem de 23 anos de idade, suspeito de praticar estelionato, na modalidade \u201cgolpe do falso aluguel\u201d.
