Durante o trajeto, na regi\u00e3o da Vila Pedroso, o passageiro colocou uma arma de fogo na cintura da v\u00edtima e anunciou o assalto. Diante da hesita\u00e7\u00e3o da v\u00edtima, o agressor intensificou as amea\u00e7as e subtraiu a motocicleta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A motocicleta foi localizada, no dia seguinte, atrav\u00e9s do sistema de rastreamento no p\u00e1tio da Central-Geral de Flagrantes, ap\u00f3s ter sido apreendida durante abordagem policial a outro indiv\u00edduo que a conduzia sem habilita\u00e7\u00e3o e com sinais de adultera\u00e7\u00e3o na placa. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es da DERFRVA identificaram que a corrida foi solicitada atrav\u00e9s de dados cadastrais espec\u00edficos na plataforma do aplicativo, o que levou \u00e0 identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do suspeito. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O suspeito possui hist\u00f3rico criminal por recepta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, embora n\u00e3o tenha sido o executor direto do roubo, ele participou da a\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa ao acionar a v\u00edtima conhecendo as inten\u00e7\u00f5es dos demais envolvidos. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m da pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria, foi cumprido mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o na resid\u00eancia do suspeito em Trindade. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O caso foi tipificado como roubo majorado pelo concurso de pessoas e emprego de arma de fogo.
