Ap\u00f3s representa\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Civil, o Judici\u00e1rio deferiu o pedido e o investigado foi preso pela equipe policial na tarde de ontem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A v\u00edtima, de 52 anos, havia sido surpreendida com uma arma branca em frente \u00e0 Capela do Antero, circunst\u00e2ncia que caracteriza o aumento de pena previsto para roubo. Na oportunidade, o investigado apenas n\u00e3o levou o ve\u00edculo devido \u00e0 interven\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas que presenciaram o ocorrido.
