A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada ap\u00f3s den\u00fancias an\u00f4nimas que indicavam a pr\u00e1tica irregular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, os agentes encontraram diversos tanques de armazenamento com combust\u00edvel, totalizando 240 litros, al\u00e9m de materiais e equipamentos que indicavam a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de revenda ilegal. O homem foi detido e autuado por crime contra a ordem econ\u00f4mica (art.1\u00ba, inciso I, da Lei 8176\/91)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A PCGO alerta para os riscos associados ao armazenamento irregular de combust\u00edveis, que n\u00e3o apenas colocam em risco a seguran\u00e7a da comunidade, mas tamb\u00e9m podem causar danos ao meio ambiente.
