Ele atuava como personal trainer em v\u00e1rias academias de Goi\u00e2nia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Os fiscais do Cref, ao receberem den\u00fancias sobre a atua\u00e7\u00e3o irregular do profissional sem a devida forma\u00e7\u00e3o, iniciaram uma fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Durante a abordagem, o autuado fez uso de uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o falsa, o que resultou na sua pris\u00e3o em flagrante\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O homem dever\u00e1 responder pelo crime de uso de documento falso (art. 304, C\u00f3digo Penal) e pela contraven\u00e7\u00e3o penal de exerc\u00edcio ilegal da profiss\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>A PCGO alerta a popula\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os riscos de contratar profissionais que n\u00e3o possuem a forma\u00e7\u00e3o adequada, destacando a import\u00e2ncia de verificar as credenciais dos personal trainers antes de iniciar qualquer atividade f\u00edsica.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil, por meio da Central de Flagrantes e Pronto Atendimento ao Cidad\u00e3o\u00a0de Goi\u00e2nia &#8211;
