\"PCGOA Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s (PCGO), atrav\u00e9s da equipe da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Vian\u00f3polis – 9\u00aa DRP, prendeu em flagrante, nesta quinta-feira (10), um homem, de 33 anos, pela pr\u00e1tica do crime de maus-tratos a animal com resultado morte, previsto no art. 32, \u00a71\u00ba-A, e \u00a7 2\u00ba, da Lei de Crimes Ambientais (Lei n\u00ba 9.605\/98). <\/span><\/p>\n

De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a PCGO foi informada por uma testemunha que teria presenciado o momento em que o investigado desferiu diversas marretadas contra um filhote de cachorro, causando sua morte, supostamente pelo fato do animal ter comido duas galinhas do local.<\/span><\/p>\n

Diante da gravidade dos fatos, os policiais civis realizaram dilig\u00eancias imediatas e localizaram o autor, que confessou o crime e indicou o local onde havia descartado o corpo do animal.
