Os mandados foram deferidos pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio ap\u00f3s representa\u00e7\u00e3o formalizada pelo GIH\/Geic no curso das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apurou que, na madrugada de 10\/12\/2024, um jovem foi alvejado por disparo de arma de fogo na regi\u00e3o da nuca enquanto caminhava em via p\u00fablica no N\u00facleo Habitacional Novo Gama. A v\u00edtima foi socorrida em estado grave, e as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontaram que o atentado foi planejado e executado com apoio log\u00edstico do casal, que teria fornecido transporte e suporte ao executor, j\u00e1 identificado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com base em imagens de c\u00e2meras de seguran\u00e7a, depoimentos e dilig\u00eancias complementares, foi poss\u00edvel reunir elementos que sustentaram a decreta\u00e7\u00e3o das pris\u00f5es preventivas.
