As den\u00fancias apontaram preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, pois meses atr\u00e1s outra empresa, tamb\u00e9m de S\u00e3o Paulo, realizou atividades semelhantes, vendeu \u00f3culos e lentes, mas n\u00e3o entregou os produtos, gerando preju\u00edzo aos consumidores locais.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"group\/conversation-turn relative flex w-full min-w-0 flex-col agent-turn\">\n<div class=\"flex-col gap-1 md:gap-3\">\n<div class=\"flex max-w-full flex-col flex-grow\">\n<div class=\"min-h-8 text-message flex w-full flex-col items-end gap-2 whitespace-normal break-words text-start [.text-message+&amp;]:mt-5\" dir=\"auto\" data-message-author-role=\"assistant\" data-message-id=\"41d9a517-3079-4e4f-9391-275ec486127b\" data-message-model-slug=\"gpt-4o\">\n<div class=\"flex w-full flex-col gap-1 empty:hidden first:pt-[3px]\">\n<div class=\"markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert light\">\n<p>Ap\u00f3s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es preliminares, foram identificadas duas irregularidades principais:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A empresa n\u00e3o possu\u00eda alvar\u00e1 ou qualquer autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o emitida pelo Poder P\u00fablico local, conforme confirmado em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com o PROCON Municipal e \u00f3rg\u00e3os fiscalizadores da Prefeitura.<\/li>\n<li>A nota fiscal das arma\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00f3culos apresentava inconsist\u00eancias com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, apuradas com o apoio da Receita Estadual.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Diante disso, foram apreendidas 310 arma\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00f3culos.
