\"PCGOA Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Mineiros – 14\u00aa DRP, cumpriu nesta segunda-feira (25) um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva em desfavor de um indiv\u00edduo investigado pelo crime de furto qualificado. O investigado possui diversas anota\u00e7\u00f5es criminais e vinha sendo alvo de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s o registro de furtos no Setor Leontino, em Mineiros.<\/p>\n

Durante as dilig\u00eancias, a equipe policial identificou a autoria de dois crimes de furto, ocorridos em locais distintos e com poucos dias de diferen\u00e7a. Ap\u00f3s a coleta de provas e conclus\u00e3o da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, foi representada pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado, que foi prontamente deferida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

A divulga\u00e7\u00e3o da identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do autor do crime foi procedida nos termos da Lei 13.869\/2019, portaria normativa n\u00b0 547\/2021\/DGPC, tendo em vista o interesse p\u00fablico no sentido de identificar outras eventuais testemunhas do crime ora investigado, al\u00e9m de identificar outras v\u00edtimas, visando assim concluir esta e instrumentalizar outras investiga\u00e7\u00f5es contra o mesmo indiv\u00edduo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
