A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio da equipe da Delegacia Especializada no Entendimento \u00e0 Mulher de Catal\u00e3o – 9\u00aa DRP, cumpriu, nesta segunda-feira (5), mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o na empresa de um investigado, de 47 anos, em Catal\u00e3o. Conforme a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, a cautelar foi expedida ap\u00f3s representa\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Civil, com o fito de se apurar crime de amea\u00e7a no contexto de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar contra mulher. Durante a dilig\u00eancia no local, dentro de um cofre, foram apreendidas:<\/p>\n
* 02 armas de fogo, do tipo pistola, ambas calibre 9mm;
\n* 176 muni\u00e7\u00f5es novas de 9mm;
\n* 80 muni\u00e7\u00f5es recarregadas de 9mm;
\n* 161 muni\u00e7\u00f5es novas de .380;
\n* 102 muni\u00e7\u00f5es recarregadas de .380;
\n* 638 muni\u00e7\u00f5es novas de 22 LR (total 1.157 muni\u00e7\u00f5es)
\n* Ainda 901 estojos (prontos para recarga).<\/p>\n
Como o investigado possui certificado com autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para possuir armas de fogo e registro das armas e do material apreendido, bem como n\u00e3o se encontrava no local, o material foi apreendido e colocado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio conforme determina\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, sendo que o investigado responder\u00e1 ao processo, em princ\u00edpio, em liberdade.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
