Na ocasi\u00e3o, ocorreu uma discuss\u00e3o em um bar devido a uma partida de sinuca, momento em que o autor desferiu uma facada no pesco\u00e7o da v\u00edtima.\u00a0A captura ocorreu em Bela Vista de Goi\u00e1s, onde o investigado residia.
