Ap\u00f3s a m\u00e3e da v\u00edtima, um adolescente com 13 anos, estranhar o comportamento do filho em casa, conversou com ele e descobriu que um conhecido da fam\u00edlia teria abusado sexualmente dele, fato que ocorrera por diversas vezes. Em raz\u00e3o disso, a genitora compareceu na unidade policial, onde foram realizados trabalhos investigativos e representado pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do autor, a qual foi deferida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio e cumprida na referida data.
