O investigado possui longa ficha criminal pelo crime de estelionato e recentemente estava cumprindo pena no semiaberto domiciliar. Ele foi at\u00e9 um estabelecimento comercial de tatuagens se passando por servidor da Receita Federal e or\u00e7ou um servi\u00e7o em R$ 30 mil e ofereceu uma motocicleta em pagamento, mas para tanto, precisava de R$ 1.500 para organizar a transfer\u00eancia do ve\u00edculo, que o tatuador aceitou e realizou a transfer\u00eancia via PIX.
