Segundo apurado, a v\u00edtima foi surpreendida pelo executor no momento em que estava sentada em um dos bancos da pra\u00e7a, ocasi\u00e3o em que foi alvejada por proj\u00e9teis de calibre 38, vindo a \u00f3bito no local.
