Segundo a v\u00edtima, em sede policial, o ex marido estava amea\u00e7ando-a por meio de constantes \u00e1udios de aplicativo de troca de mensagens. A vitima afirmou tamb\u00e9m que os atos de persegui\u00e7\u00e3o e viol\u00eancia psicol\u00f3gica s\u00e3o frequentes (aproximadamente perduram por 4 meses). Por fim, a mulher afirmou que estava com medo de retornar at\u00e9 sua resid\u00eancia, pois temia que o homem estivesse neste local, com inten\u00e7\u00e3o de cumprir o que lhe foi amea\u00e7ado. Imediatamente, uma equipe policial foi destacada para acompanhar o caso e, ao chegarem na casa da v\u00edtima, se depararam com o suposto autor.
