Durante dilig\u00eancias da equipe do ponto focal fazend\u00e1rio da PCGO, instalado em Itumbiara, efetuou, a partir da intercepta\u00e7\u00e3o do ve\u00edculo pelo fisco estadual, a apreens\u00e3o da carga de bebidas, oriunda do Estado de Minas Gerais, cuja proced\u00eancia era duvidosa, vez que a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o relativa \u00e0 sua origem e destino divergia dos fatos.<\/p>\n
Ap\u00f3s o recebimento da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s dos auditores fiscais da Delegacia Fiscal de Itumbiara, a Pol\u00edcia Civil passou a diligenciar, tendo sido poss\u00edvel identificar a origem das mercadorias, e consequentemente trazer \u00e0 luz as empresas que buscavam escapar ao recolhimento de tributos estaduais.
