A den\u00fancia foi formalizada junto \u00e0 Deam pela genitora da menor. Imediatamente, foram realizadas todas as dilig\u00eancias investigativas com intuito de apurar os fatos mencionados, buscando esclarecimento da autoria, materialidade e circunst\u00e2ncias dos fatos. Foram ouvidas testemunhas, ao final, a autoridade policial deliberou pela representa\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado.
