Segundo consta da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, foram furtados 36 andaimes de uma constru\u00e7\u00e3o no Jardim Am\u00e9rica, na qual os autores do furto estavam trabalhando. Ap\u00f3s a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos autores, os investigadores conseguiram rastrear o destino dado aos objetos e, por consequ\u00eancia, identificaram o receptador, o qual ainda estava em posse dos bens e os utilizando no exerc\u00edcio de sua atividade comercial (&#8220;prego&#8221;). Os objetos foram devidamente apreendidos e entregues ao seu leg\u00edtimo propriet\u00e1rio.
