O investigado j\u00e1 havia praticado ao menos seis furtos em obras residenciais, subtraindo ferramentas, sacos de cimentos e outros objetos. Os produtos eram furtados com uso de alicate e depois transportados no ve\u00edculo do autor. Segundo as informa\u00e7\u00f5es levantadas, o homem j\u00e1 subtraiu cerca de 70 sacos de cimento, causando preju\u00edzo de R$ 8 mil \u00e0s v\u00edtimas.
