A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, atrav\u00e9s do 2\u00ba Distrito Policial de Itumbiara – 6\u00aa Delegacia Regional, deflagrou, na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira (25), opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial para cumprimento de mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o contra uma mulher investigada por crime previsto no Estatuto do Desarmamento. Consta nas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es que a mulher estava guardando armas de fogo de propriedade de pessoa j\u00e1 falecida e que estariam de forma irregular em dep\u00f3sito na resid\u00eancia da investigada, que inclusive teria feito men\u00e7\u00e3o a poss\u00edvel utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das mesmas para terceiros. Durante as buscas, a mulher foi autuada em flagrante delito pela pr\u00e1tica, em concurso material, dos crimes dos artigos 12 e 16 (Lei N\u00ba 10.826\/03), uma vez que, embora as armas tivessem registro, nenhum documento relativo \u00e0 transfer\u00eancia da propriedade das armas do falecido para terceiros ou herdeiros, nos termos legais, foi apresentada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
