Seu mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva havia sido expedido pela Vara Criminal de Paragominas em 20 de agosto de 2018. De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o homem estaria residindo em Aparecida de Goi\u00e2nia, local onde j\u00e1 havia sido preso anteriormente pelo crime de roubo. A pris\u00e3o aconteceu no contexto da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Paz<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, do Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a, que ocorre em conjunto com 12 estados brasileiros.
