Os indiv\u00edduos foram denunciados pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico por terem estuprado a menina nos anos de 2014 e 2015. No final de junho, a PCGO tomou ci\u00eancia da expedi\u00e7\u00e3o dos mandados de pris\u00f5es e, ap\u00f3s levantamentos e dilig\u00eancias, conseguiu prender os indiv\u00edduos.
