um homem em flagrante pelo delito de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o, ap\u00f3s ele ser encontrado portando o aparelho mencionado.\u00a0 O aparelho foi apreendido e ser\u00e1 devolvido \u00e0 v\u00edtima, o
