Segundo apurado, a v\u00edtima procurou ajuda na delegacia e noticiou que conviveu maritalmente com o autor por 12 anos, sendo que, por conta da viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica que vinha sofrendo juntamente com o filho, rompeu a rela\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00e1 3 anos.<\/p>\n

Conforme averiguado, na manh\u00e3 de hoje, o autor encontrou o ex-enteado e, durante um desentendimento entre ambos, acabou agredindo fisicamente o rapaz. A genitora da v\u00edtima e ex-companheira do autor, foi ao local prestar socorro ao filho acompanhada de uma testemunha, mas ao chegar no lugar tamb\u00e9m foi agredida fisicamente, tendo a testemunha, na ocasi\u00e3o, sido v\u00edtima de inj\u00faria.
