\"\"A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio da Delegacia Estadual de Repress\u00e3o a Furtos e Roubos de Ve\u00edculos Automotores (DERFRVA), prendeu em flagrante, no dia 3 de outubro, o investigado Thiago Cavalcante Dias, deficiente f\u00edsico, pelo crime de furto. De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o preso subtraiu a motocicleta Honda CG 160 Titan, do interior da resid\u00eancia da v\u00edtima, na capital, no dia anterior \u00e0 pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias policiais, a equipe constatou que o investigado usava muletas e que n\u00e3o tinha uma das pernas, tendo em vista ter sofrido um acidente de moto, fato que auxiliou na sua identifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s ininterruptas dilig\u00eancias, os policiais civis lograram \u00eaxito em localizar e prender em flagrante o autor do crime. O ve\u00edculo foi restitu\u00eddo \u00e0 v\u00edtima, a qual tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 prestou declara\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

O investigado foi recolhido na carceragem da Central Geral de Flagrantes e encontra-se a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio. O inqu\u00e9rito policial ser\u00e1 remetido ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio dentro do prazo legal.<\/p>\n
