Ao perder sua comanda de consumo, pretendia deixar o estabelecimento sem pagar a conta, momento em que foi impedido de sair pelo seguran\u00e7a. Nesse contexto, proferiu a express\u00e3o &#8220;preto safado&#8221; por quatro vezes, na presen\u00e7a de testemunhas, ofendendo o profissional da casa noturna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante o interrogat\u00f3rio o preso optou por permanecer em sil\u00eancio.
