a qual resultou na mote de P.F.S., que na ocasi\u00e3o pilotava uma Honda\/Biz 125 EX.<\/p>\n<p>A Per\u00edcia Criminal foi requisitada pela 2\u00aa Vara Criminal de Crimes de Deten\u00e7\u00e3o, Tr\u00e2nsito, Ordem Tribut\u00e1ria e Hipervulner\u00e1veis, com o prop\u00f3sito de determinar as causas do referido sinistro, e consequentemente, indicar a autoria do Crime de Tr\u00e2nsito que resultou na morte da ocupante de uma das motos envolvidas.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m de servir \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a, o procedimento \u2013 conduzido pela Perita Criminal Let\u00edcia Costa (lotada na SEPTRAN\/ICLR) \u2013 serviu ainda ao treinamento de 06 novos Peritos Criminais (de um total de 44 nomeados recentemente), os quais puderam acompanhar a Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o Simulada;
