O evento contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do Governador Ronaldo Caiado e reuniu 424 alunos aprovados no \u00faltimo concurso, representando um avan\u00e7o estrutural na qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica dos novos servidores do sistema prisional goiano.<\/p>\n<p>O curso possui carga hor\u00e1ria estimada de aproximadamente 1.000 horas-aula, sendo 500 horas destinadas \u00e0 p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o lato sensu em Execu\u00e7\u00e3o de Pol\u00edcia Penal e outras 500 horas voltadas \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica. Trata-se da primeira p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o do pa\u00eds direcionada especificamente \u00e0 \u00e1rea de Pol\u00edcia Penal, consolidando um modelo de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o que integra conhecimento jur\u00eddico, t\u00e9cnico-operacional e fundamentos da seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Ao t\u00e9rmino do programa, com dura\u00e7\u00e3o prevista de seis meses, os novos Policiais Penais ser\u00e3o lotados nas unidades prisionais e administrativas da corpora\u00e7\u00e3o. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o especializada fortalece a execu\u00e7\u00e3o penal, a gest\u00e3o do sistema prisional e a integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre as for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a, refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia da atua\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica e cient\u00edfica na garantia da legalidade e da ordem p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone
