O foco da pesquisa \u00e9 o mercado de trabalho, entretanto h\u00e1 informa\u00e7\u00f5es que possibilitam diagn\u00f3sticos em outras \u00e1reas, como o caso da educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt; line-height: 150%\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;; line-height: 150%\">Nesse sentido, o Instituto Mauro Borges, a partir do 4\u00ba trimestre de 2016, passou a analisar os dados da PnadC no tocante \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o (a an\u00e1lise do mercado de trabalho pela PnadC j\u00e1 \u00e9 feita desde 2015). \u00c9 preciso salientar que as informa\u00e7\u00f5es educacionais disponibilizadas at\u00e9 o presente momento abarcam a popula\u00e7\u00e3o com cinco anos ou mais de idade, n\u00e3o permitindo, portanto, alcan\u00e7ar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0s etapas da educa\u00e7\u00e3o infantil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt; line-height: 150%\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;; line-height: 150%\">Neste trabalho, faz-se um diagn\u00f3stico da educa\u00e7\u00e3o no primeiro trimestre de 2018 comparando-o aos primeiros trimestres de cada ano desde 2012. Entre janeiro e mar\u00e7o a taxa de analfabetismo do estado caiu um ponto percentual (p. p.) em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao primeiro trimestre de 2012. Os quintis s\u00e3o a separa\u00e7\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o em partes iguais, neste caso cinco partes iguais. Assim, o 1\u00ba quintil compreende os 20% mais pobres e o 5\u00ba quintil os 20% mais ricos. Pelo Gr\u00e1fico 2, percebe-se que desde 2012 os analfabetos de Goi\u00e1s se concentram na parcela mais pobre da popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Desde 2012 a maioria dos analfabetos possuem 55 anos ou mais, al\u00e9m disso a cada ano a participa\u00e7\u00e3o desse grupo aumenta. Apesar das idades indicarem as etapas de ensino em que os estudantes poderiam estar matriculados, aqui n\u00e3o se atem a esta determina\u00e7\u00e3o, bastando apenas saber se a pessoa estar matriculada numa institui\u00e7\u00e3o de ensino. Observa-se que as faixas et\u00e1rias de 6 a 10 anos e de 11 a 14 anos, equivalente ao ensino fundamental, est\u00e3o no n\u00edvel de universaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da frequ\u00eancia escolar. Contudo, os indiv\u00edduos de 15 a17 anos, correspondente ao ensino m\u00e9dio, ainda est\u00e3o aqu\u00e9m dessa realidade, apesar do aumento de tr\u00eas p. p. de 2012 a 2018. Para al\u00e9m disso, quando se examina a taxa de matr\u00edcula l\u00edquida desse grupo, ou seja, a propor\u00e7\u00e3o de estudantes que estariam ou teriam terminado o ensino m\u00e9dio, percebe-se a real dimens\u00e3o do problema. Ver-se leve aumento no percentual de representatividade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o de cor preta, mas ainda abaixo dos 5%. Al\u00e9m disso, corroborando com essa an\u00e1lise, faz necess\u00e1rio informar que as pessoas declaradas brancas representam 36,5% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o goiana e 14,7% delas possuem curso superior; a parcela dos declarados pardos perfaz 55,5% do total e o percentual de graduados \u00e9 de 7,3%; j\u00e1 os de cor preta somam 7,6% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, com 6,4% deles com diploma universit\u00e1rio.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;; line-height: 150%\">O Gr\u00e1fico 7 traz a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos graduados pelo sexo, em que as mulheres mant\u00eam a primazia, continuando acima dos 60%.
