O Conselho de Competitividade da Uni\u00e3o Europ\u00e9ia aprovou, no final de Maio deste ano, a meta de que todos os trabalhos cient\u00edficos devem estar dispon\u00edveis gratuitamente at\u00e9 2020.<\/p>\n
O objetivo da abertura de acessos faz parte de um conjunto mais amplo de recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de apoio \u00e0 ci\u00eancia aberta, um conceito que tamb\u00e9m inclui a melhoria de armazenamento e acesso aos dados da pesquisa.<\/p>\n
A meta para os chamados \u00bfOpen-acess (OA)\u00bf \u00e9 considerada ambiciosa para alguns especialistas e o Conselho deu poucos detalhes sobre como os pa\u00edses membros podem fazer uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o completa para OA em menos de 4 anos.<\/p>\n
