Probat\u00f3rio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"margin: 1.5px\">\n<p>O Governo do Estado de Goi\u00e1s editou a Lei n\u00ba 19.156\/2015, promovendo altera\u00e7\u00f5es na Lei n\u00ba 10.460\/88, assim atrav\u00e9s do Decreto n\u00ba 8.940, de 17 de abril de 2017 regulamentou a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o especial de desempenho do servidor p\u00fablico civil em est\u00e1gio probat\u00f3rio na Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica direta, aut\u00e1rquica e fundacional do Poder Executivo.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo da nova metodologia \u00e9 a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o e profissionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica de Goi\u00e1s atrav\u00e9s da busca de aptid\u00f5es dos servidores em est\u00e1gio probat\u00f3rio para o exerc\u00edcio do cargo p\u00fablico para o qual ingressaram por meio de concurso p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um fator estimulante do senso de autocr\u00edtica e da possibilidade de dimensionar o desempenho e a produtividade dos servidores rec\u00e9m ingressado, direcionando o desenvolvimento profissional de cada um. \u00c9 uma ferramenta para que o Estado propicie cada vez mais \u00e0 sociedade um corpo funcional eficiente.<\/p>\n<p>O est\u00e1gio probat\u00f3rio de 3 (tr\u00eas) anos \u00e9 o per\u00edodo no qual a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o apura a conveni\u00eancia ou n\u00e3o da perman\u00eancia do servidor no servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico, por meio da verifica\u00e7\u00e3o do preenchimento dos seguintes requisitos: iniciativa, assiduidade e pontualidade, relacionamento interpessoal, efici\u00eancia e comprometimento com o trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da estabilidade no servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico somente ocorrer\u00e1 ap\u00f3s o implemento, cumulativo, de dois crit\u00e9rios: (I) o transcurso de 3 (tr\u00eas) anos no cargo pretendido; e (II) a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do est\u00e1gio probat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>Durante o ano civil, as avalia\u00e7\u00f5es
