O Programa j\u00e1 impactou positivamente a vida de mais de 800 mulheres, promovendo qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional, inclus\u00e3o social e autonomia financeira. A iniciativa \u00e9 voltada especialmente para comunidades quilombolas, ind\u00edgenas, mulheres privadas de liberdade e organizadas em associa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma das participantes do curso, Jeane Fernandes dos Santos, moradora do V\u00e3o do Moleque, compartilhou sua experi\u00eancia com entusiasmo \u201cDesde que fiz a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, estava muito ansiosa. Sempre tive o sonho de aprender bordado. Croch\u00ea eu aprendi rapidinho, mas o bordado me encantava mais.
