Normalmente instalado no interior da bilheteria, ele tinha a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de guardar, organizar e facilitar o manuseio dos bilhetes impressos.<\/p>\n<p>Fabricado em madeira, o bilheteiro possu\u00eda divis\u00f3rias e compartimentos que abrigavam os bilhetes conforme o destino, classe (primeira e segunda) e tipo de passagem (ida, volta ou ida e volta).<\/p>\n<p>O Museu Ferrovi\u00e1rio de Pires do Rio preserva quatro exemplares originais desses bilheteiros, datados das d\u00e9cadas de 1920 a 1950.
