A Controladoria Geral do Estado encaminhou of\u00edcio-circular a todos os \u00f3rg\u00e3os da administra\u00e7\u00e3o estadual repassando informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de fornecimento de energia el\u00e9tica, com base no Parecer 2025\/2010 da Procuradoria Geral do Estado. O objetivo \u00e9 promover a uniformiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o desse servi\u00e7o, em cujo processo deve ser observada a inexigibilidade de licita\u00e7\u00e3o com fundamento legal nas disposi\u00e7\u00f5es contidas no artigo 25 da Lei Federal 8.666, combinado com o artigo 78 da Lei 16.920\/2010.
