O foco principal \u00e9 aumentar a seguran\u00e7a no tr\u00e2nsito, promovendo a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de tecnologias que ajudem na preven\u00e7\u00e3o de acidentes. A resolu\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m aborda aspectos como a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do cumprimento das normas, a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos equipamentos e a responsabilidade dos fabricantes.
