O foco principal da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 garantir a seguran\u00e7a nas estradas e a integridade da carga, al\u00e9m de promover a efici\u00eancia no transporte. A norma aborda aspectos como o dimensionamento correto da carga, a necessidade de inspe\u00e7\u00f5es veiculares e a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o dos motoristas.
