A carca\u00e7a especial su\u00edna foi comercializada a R$12,63\/kg, incremento de 0,7% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao m\u00eas de outubro. Na mesma base de compara\u00e7\u00e3o, o frango resfriado registrou  m\u00e9dia mensal de R$8,09\/kg, recuo de 0,9%. Em termos absolutos, nesse per\u00edodo, a diferen\u00e7a entre as m\u00e9dias das prote\u00ednas foi de R$4,54\/kg. Todavia, a an\u00e1lise da Intelig\u00eancia de Mercado Agropecu\u00e1rio\/SEAPA indica que ainda h\u00e1 espa\u00e7o para uma eleva\u00e7\u00e3o adicional da carne su\u00edna no fim do ano, em virtude das festividades e demanda sazonal historicamente mais aquecida nesse per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A suinocultura brasileira voltou a crescer em Valor Bruto da Produ\u00e7\u00e3o (VBP) entre 2023 e 2025, ap\u00f3s duas quedas consecutivas. Goi\u00e1s acompanhou esse movimento no mesmo per\u00edodo, com destaque para 2024, quando registrou um avan\u00e7o de 25,1% sobre 2023. Esse resultado reflete um mercado aquecido, marcado pela valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da carne su\u00edna nos \u00faltimos tr\u00eas anos. Nesse cen\u00e1rio, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m foi estimulada e Goi\u00e1s alcan\u00e7ou um recorde de carca\u00e7as abatidas em 2024, justificando, dentre outros fatores, o aumento do VBP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O setor em quest\u00e3o segue impulsionado especialmente pela comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado exterior. Em outubro, foi registrado avan\u00e7o nas exporta\u00e7\u00f5es goianas de carne su\u00edna de 60,3% em valor e de 39,5% em volume, frente ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior. Esse cen\u00e1rio pode ser atribu\u00eddo ao aumento nas aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es da prote\u00edna su\u00edna do principal parceiro comercial do estado &#8211; Singapura &#8211; respons\u00e1vel por 51,1% do valor exportado em outubro, na qual os envios foram concentrados em carne su\u00edna in natura.
