Esta etapa tem 120 unidades habitacionais sob responsabilidade da Ag\u00eancia Goiana de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o (Agehab). A sele\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 relativa exclusivamente a seis moradias referentes \u00e0 reserva legal destinada a mulheres em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica. Para participar, \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel que ela apresente Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia, expedido pelo Distrito Policial; senten\u00e7a condenat\u00f3ria da a\u00e7\u00e3o penal instaurada em face do agressor e emitida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio; e relat\u00f3rio elaborado por Assistente Social, exigidos de forma cumulativa.<br \/>\nPara a sele\u00e7\u00e3o do \u201cGrupo Geral\u201d, \u201cIdosos\u201d e \u201cPCD\u201d ser\u00e1 considerado o edital utilizado no empreendimento &#8220;Vida Mais Vera Cruz Condom\u00ednio Ip\u00ea Amarelo\u201d, que determina que seja convocado para entrega de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o o cadastro reserva feito na \u00e9poca.<br \/>\nAs fam\u00edlias beneficiadas v\u00e3o receber subs\u00eddio para reduzir o valor das parcelas de financiamento, de acordo com o valor de entrada e a renda familiar. A sele\u00e7\u00e3o de benefici\u00e1rios \u00e9 feita de acordo com as exig\u00eancias dos Programas: Minha Casa Minha Vida, do Governo Federal, com recursos do FGTS; Pra Ter Onde Morar \u2013 Aluguel Nunca Mais, do Governo de Goi\u00e1s, com cr\u00e9dito outorgado do ICMS; e Moradia Goianiense, da Prefeitura de Goi\u00e2nia.<br \/>\nO subs\u00eddio \u00e9 de at\u00e9 R$ 50.000,00 para reduzir o valor da entrada ou das presta\u00e7\u00f5es de financiamento. Se solteiro, certid\u00e3o de nascimento atualizada);<br \/>\n\u2013 Comprovante de endere\u00e7o;<br \/>\n\u2013 Caso haja algu\u00e9m na fam\u00edlia com defici\u00eancia: laudo m\u00e9dico com avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da defici\u00eancia e contendo a \u2013 Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional da Doen\u00e7a (CID), conforme Lei n\u00ba 13.146, de 6 de julho de 2015;<br \/>\n\u2013 Se for mulher em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica: Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia, expedido pelo Distrito Policial; senten\u00e7a condenat\u00f3ria da a\u00e7\u00e3o penal instaurada em face do agressor e emitida pelo PoderJudici\u00e1rio; e relat\u00f3rio elaborado por Assistente Social, exigidos de forma cumulativa, nos casos nos termos da Lei 21.525\/2022;<br \/>\n\u2013 Comprovante de v\u00ednculo de tr\u00eas anos de Goi\u00e2nia. Pode ser qualquer um dos documentos abaixo:<br \/>\na. T\u00edtulo de eleitor ou comprovante de vota\u00e7\u00e3o no munic\u00edpio ocorrida h\u00e1 mais de 3 anos ou certid\u00e3o eleitoral;<br \/>\nb. Carteira de Trabalho e Previd\u00eancia Social (CTPS) com contrato de trabalho registrado em empresa do munic\u00edpio h\u00e1 mais de 3 anos;<br \/>\nc. Certid\u00e3o de nascimento de filhos ou Certid\u00e3o de casamento ocorridos e registrados no munic\u00edpio h\u00e1 mais de 3 anos;<br \/>\nd. Hist\u00f3rico\/declara\u00e7\u00e3o escolar do candidato ou companheiro\/c\u00f4njuge ou de filhos em escolas\/faculdades do munic\u00edpio em que comprove o v\u00ednculo m\u00ednimo de tr\u00eas anos;<br \/>\ne. Relat\u00f3rio com hist\u00f3rico de consultas m\u00e9dicas do candidato ou companheiro\/c\u00f4njuge constando carimbo e assinatura do m\u00e9dico;<br \/>\nf. Fatura dos Servi\u00e7os ou Hist\u00f3rico de Fornecimento de \u00c1gua, de energia el\u00e9trica ou IPTU em nome do titular ou c\u00f4njuge.<br \/>\ng.
