A redu\u00e7\u00e3o desse tipo de crime \u00e9 creditada \u00e0 atua\u00e7\u00e3o das patrulhas rurais espalhadas por todas as regi\u00f5es do estado. O J<em>ornal Brasil Central<\/em> desta segunda-feira (21) recebeu o major M\u00e1rcio Pereira, subcomandante do Batalh\u00e3o Rural, para falar do assunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo ele, o trabalho do Batalh\u00e3o Rural prioriza tanto o policiamento preventivo quanto na repress\u00e3o aos crimes cometidos. O major disse que as patrulhas rurais atendem todos os munic\u00edpios, numa parceria com a Pol\u00edcia Civil e utilizando tamb\u00e9m de servi\u00e7o de intelig\u00eancia e monitoramento das propriedades rurais.
