Subsecret\u00e1rio de Log\u00edstica e Patrim\u00f4nio da Sead, Rog\u00e9rio Carneiro informou que nesse trabalho \u00e9 feita uma auditoria em todos esses bens, \u201cno caso dos bens m\u00f3veis, as equipes visitam cada um dos lugares da administra\u00e7\u00e3o, identificando etiquetas, o n\u00famero, que tipo de patrim\u00f4nio \u00e9 aquele, quem usa e o estado de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se for necess\u00e1rio, afirmou, \u00e9 feita uma reavalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos bens, trazendo para valores presentes. No caso de bens im\u00f3veis, \u00e9 feita uma visita a cada um deles, identificando quem ocupa, como est\u00e1 sendo ocupado, se a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 regular ou irregular, \u201cat\u00e9 para que o estado possa tomar as provid\u00eancias necess\u00e1rias na gest\u00e3o e no cuidado com esse bem patrimonial.\u201d A reportagem informou que no \u00faltimo invent\u00e1rio realizado ano passado, que \u00e9 previsto em lei para ser anual, o estado tinha cerca de 2 milh\u00f5es de bens m\u00f3veis e 5.300 im\u00f3veis, avaliados em R$ 20 bilh\u00f5es.
